We would like to notify you of the pending server maintenance for the server your website is hosted on. The data will be migrated to one of our most recent servers with more powerful hardware and the latest software installed.

As far as the express transfer presupposes interruptions neither on the source nor on the destination servers, no downtime is expected to be experienced.

1. Accounts transfer will be performed in the alphabetical order. Please follow this thread updates to know when your account is about to be or being transferred or has already been transferred.

2. As soon as your account has been transferred, we’d like to draw your attention to the following:

The name servers you need to use are:
ns100.whbdns.com
ns101.whbdns.com

2.2. For those, who use their own name servers and don’t have a dedicated IP

A record of the domains must be changed to 205.251.133.82

2.3. For those, who use their own name servers and have a dedicated IP

Please get back to us through the ticket to the technical department at https://whbsupport.com and we will provide you with the dedicated IP address after accounts transfer

2.4. For those, who use ns100.whbdns.com, ns101.whbdns.com

We need to inform you that during the transfer we faced an issue with one of the HDDs on the source server. We had to reboot the server and started File System Check to prevent any data loss.

Unfortunately, no ETA can currently be provided due to the fact that FSCK is a non-linear process, i.e. it may take different time for the check depending on the number of errors on the certain partition.

As soon as File System check is completed, the accounts transfer will be continued.

FSCK has been completed on the server and at the moment the server is booted up, but in order to ensure uninterrupded and quick transfer we have disabled some services on it. Once we have any new information we will update the current forum thread.
