We continue filtering requests to http service, but our attempts in blocking the attack have not been successful yet.

Our technical team is currently doing the best they can and we will update you later on the progress.

To mitigate the side effects caused by the DDoS attack, we were forced to perform an emergency software update on the server to extend the number of modules and methods of protection.

During the update, we have faced some core OS and cPanel software conflicts, which seem to have been resolved already.
At the moment, we are performing Apache/PHP bundle update on the server and hope to resolve the issue with the web service unavailability as soon as possible.

Unfortunately, no ETA can be provided at the moment, so please refer this forum thread for a further updates.
Your patience and understanding are highly appreciated.
