why I coudlnt open WHB Helpers section and it tells me that I must to register ??

You don't have permission to view that particular forum. That is restricted to WHB helpers and staff.

Someone needs to start a forum category where members can post problems they are having with their websites, this could help take a load off the support ticket folks.

You are already free to start new threads and offer help on such topics. I'm sure many members would welcome your help. You don't need official WHB helper status to do that.

WHB helpers didn't request such status. They were invited to take the title based on the quality of assistance they have provided.

Something like "Website Design Help" then you won't have it mixed up with "my server is down", "I'm getting loads of spam", "nobody responded to my support ticket" posts.
