    I will make this happen.
Excellent Matt. I would be particularly upset / embaressed if my customers were to be confronted with the messages listed earlier.

    Good work.

Smile Our Site Is up and Running...

... But we're still on those tenterhooks hoping whatever occurred doesn't reoccur. We've been moved to a new server and without any changes on our part, things are apparently running to everyone's satisfaction. I will say that once the headknockers got to the office, we got exemplary service if not an explanation of just what was wrong-and perhaps there isn't an answer.

I was gratified that Matt R, a headknocker's headknocker took interest in the thread. And I was pleased to see he is considering changing the notification of suspension for resellers. But I hope we can get the wording for the clients on a shared server changed, too. As aztech indicated, there is some measure of embarrassment in the present message. And though we are just shared server customer, in the eyes of our users(and neighbors!), the message hurts just as much.

I had suggested something similar to what some of recall seeing on the old B&W TV's: "This service has been temporarily suspended due to technical difficulties". If the offense persists either technical or financial- then let it all hang out.

Thanks again for helping us get back "on the air" with a special attaboy award for Jef S.

How about "Site Temporarily Off-line. Please check back later."

Works for me. You could include an error code number too.
