I'm waiting for reseller4 server to be fixed. So meanwhile, i decided to review and talk my experience here with webhostingbuzz with another costumers.
It' started as an experience some years ago. A reseller account. One experience. It went well. What i never told is that i'm a program engineer in a news media company and i manage 19 servers almost by myself and i know how hard is to mantain this amount of servers. I don't sell webhosting. It's just for the company i work for. File servers, clusters, mail servers, webservers, ftp server, LDAP etc etc.
It's surprising the level off suport WHB gives and how fast considering the ammount of clients. Job well done.
The kind of problems WHB gets, is just normal ones. Standart feature for mantaining such a large base of users.
Well, i'm still gave only 1GB on my one reseller account on rs4, and 5GB on another reseller account on rs1. Far from actual packages. But almost fit my needs. These accounts are mantained by me and WHB support for years. They are still here.
Sincerely, i prefer IT support than billing support, because IT's now really what their doing, and billing support, sometimes are short on answers.
One of my sites, is visited 10000 to 15000 visits a day, and one day it was atacked. My fault. I should secured it more. I disliked the way WHB deactivated the website. A bit agressive i tought. My customer was pissed off![]()
But with the help of IT support it turned out all ok. Thanks to Jisha Ashok, Joxy Paul, Dennis Arkhangelski, Matthew Russell, Namitha, Igor Russian and probably more. Sorry if i don't remember all names. Since it is a important website at portugal, it was a big problem for me.
Besides that situation, there was many more. Usual who works intensely on this line of work. Many websites and services, many problems to solve.
I just hope that WHB keep the good work until now.
Cheers from Luis Miguel P. Freitas, from Madeira Island, Portugal. (Just in the middle of the Atlantic Ocean)
