Customer service response time
Is it normal for a person to wait 3 days for a response from WHB support. I am a new affiliate planning to promote WBH and after setting up my account and then putting banners on my sites, my first two sales did not track to my account.
So I have emailed the only contact information given to me as an affiliate 3 days in a row with no response. When I called the customer support line I got a voice mail.
I would like to know that this is not normal, as I planned, as a webmaster, to heavily promote these guys. the ratings on all the web hosting rating sites gave these guys all top 10 ratings so I thought I would be safe here.
Please tell me this is not normal and if you are admin, please rattle somebody's cage for me so we can get this going. I am holding up further sales till I see this resolved. Obviously...

Support is 24x7, billing is 9x5. Affiliates are handled by specific personnel only... this isn't really related to the running of your account.

Hey Matt,
That may be true but it kind of makes one wonder when we can't get in touch with anyone at your company either by email or by phone over a 3 and now going on 4 day period.
I am a webmaster, business owner, and Internet Marketer with a number of years of success behind me and after much research, I chose to recommend you as a web host. Now why wouldn't I get a reasonable response time if I am bringing you customers? And if I don't get a reasonable response time, why should I believe that my referrees will?
I aired out on this forum only as a last resort because frustration is getting the best of me after trying all other avenues to capture a listening ear.
and no Kraeg, I am not in the UK. Im in the states and to be fair, my request is not for hosting customer support but for affiliate support which I am sure is a lower priority and should be. I just wasn't prepared for how much lower priority we are.
I guess this avenue isn't going to work for me either. Sorry to see that.
