Help desk support is always available. No holidays there. Phone support is usually not available during US holidays but we are going to grow that team to make it also 24x7 soon.

how's Christmas there at the office of tech support? considering that they are on duty while mostly are with their family, relatives and friends.

i think they deserve pizzas, beer, ice cream, burgers and all those high cholesterol foods during Christmas.
