We'll need to setup a firewall rule to allow you to connect to external MySQL servers. Please open a ticket and we'll take care of that for you.

Just out of curiosity, why are you running your DB on your home PC? When we offer MySQL on all of our hosted servers, and unless you're on an ISP that offers a SLA or uptime guarantee, you may run into unfavorable network conditions between us and your ISP that could cause problems for you later on.

No, I just make some test small projects on Databases, and I feel PhpMyAdmin is slow sometimes, so I can build databases on my PC , and let the PHP on my website connect to it...

it's not necessary, I don't know that you have to configure the Firewall for that, I thought that my code is wrong, so thank you, I will probably use the database on my website for that

    thanx a lot
