This has got to be good news. I dislike Verisign a lot, particularly with their anti-competitive domain tasting practices!

They should also ban domain hogging when there's a website with no real purpose other than pure advertisement.

I think they'll struggle with that... all the domainers out there who monetize websites would have an outcry.

Domain hogging is a massive business. Many top registrars themselves earn hundreds of thousands of US dollars (thats true!) EVERY day from it. They would be the last ones to support this.
