Internal Server Error Pages?

For probably about the last week me along with several of my visitors keep getting Internal Server Error messages at random when visiting different pages of my site. It actuality happens I know for sure on 2 of my sites.

I have opened a ticked but not getting any real help there.

Does anyone know what causes this? I should also mention that last night as I got one of those I was also checking mail at the same time through Windows Mail (I have Vista) and it told me my mail server could not be found.

You usually can just refresh the page and the page will appear but it is becoming very annoying. And it is happening on 2 different sites of mine (I have a reseller account).

So does anyone have any idea what causes them?

Internal Server Errors can be due to server misconfiguration. I suggest that you open a support ticket.

I have one open and it has been open for a couple of days now, but those that are replying say my links work fine. I keep trying to tell them it happens at random with any link in my site.

All they say is that everything is fine on their end when they look at the links. They don't understand it is not just one link or that it is everytime you check it. It happens at random with any link.
