Changing the Default Welcome Email to my Accounts Created?

Hello, I was wondering how i modify the welcome Email WHM seems to send out when i create a new account?

because it says "new acccount created on rs14.whbdns.com (username)" as the title.
The Title might detur them from even opening the email cause they have no idea what WHBDNS is

In the main message it doesnt quite give all the information i would like my customers to have?

eg: it only says 1 NS in the welcome Email, and you need the 2 listed??
and i would like to include some basic help in my welcome Email like where they can login to their account, how to get staretd and stuff like this

the basic email that is sent out, would help me, but would not help a newbie to the website hosting scene? most of my clients will be newbies and wouldn't know where to begin, so linking them back to my site for more help would be good too.

Are you sure it is even sent to your clients? I think those messages may be sent just to the reseller.

lol possably, because i set my otehr account Email the same, i just assumed it was sending me the information because that was the Email i typed in haha

So i am going to now assume that i have to send out hte Email Manually to all new customers? this is OK, just automated is much easier

I was previosuly on a DirectAdmin System, and im tryign to get used to WHM


If anyone knows a way to auto send Emails to new clients let me know, but if not i'll do it manually, its no big deal.
I just didnt want them receiving 2 emails, and one having the weird WHB info in it

WHM won't automatically send messges to your clients. WHM is really a more advanced control panel for resellers to manage their cPanel accounts. It's not a client relationship tool. Maybe WHM Autopilot does what you want.
