Need some advice

A friend of mine is wanting to add a shopping cart to her website (read, she wants me to add a shopping cart to her website for her) but wants one that she can easily update, add new products to, change prices, etc. She is not web savvy, not even fully computer savvy to be honest. Can anyone recommend a shopping cart that can be installed that would be fairly easy to implement into her website while being easy for her to utilize at the same time? It wouldn't be a good idea for her to have to come to me every few days just to make product changes after all.
