Disk Usage Issues

I'm looking at my work server and it says I'm using 26776.99 of 7000 MB?! When I check my disk space usage, however, it shows I'm only using a total of 3104.73 Meg. I'm trying to upload and it's telling me I have insufficient disk space. What gives here? I have nothing on the FTP side of things. This is for impactcommunicationsvideo.com. I didn't see a link to the help desk, so I thought I'd try posting here first.

Any help is appreciated.

There was something wrong with your disk quotas.
The problem was successfully resolved, so please try now.

As for submitting a ticket to our help desk, you should perform the following steps:

- go to https://www.whbsupport.com/
