    Default hi to all

    Hi,
I'm new to this, and learning as I go. So far, what I've seen, I'm pleased with.
    Thanks,

You made a good choice. There are some initial things which can be frustrating, but most of it is done in the interest of security. Let us know if you need any help

    Hi Anthony,
Would someone please explain to me how to get the ssl certificate? Or, maybe there is a section in help on the cPanel?

    Hi ravnone1,

We do not provide shared SSL for legal reasons. We can install SSL for you
free of charge though. The procedure is given below, but please note that it will cost you $30 for the dedicated IP address that you will need to have in order to get SSL:

    1. Please submit the ticket to our billing dpt to order ded IP address

2.You should get the CSR from us. To generate the CSR, we will need the
    answers to the following questions:

Email Address the Cert will be sent to:
Host to make cert for (Make a choice if you want www in front of the domain or not.):
    Country (2 letter Abbreviation):
    State:
    City:
    Company Name:
    Company Division:
    Email:
    Password:

    3. Now the CSR and the private key will be sent as mail to the address that you have given.
    4. After that you have to contact the SSL vendor with the CSR and the key (that we provide you), and purchase the SSL certificate.

Some of the popular SSL vendors are :
    VeriSign
    Thawte
    Instant SSL
    DigiCert
    GeoTrust

    5. You should then get back to us with this certificate and we will install it on the server.

    6. Once the SSL is installed for your domain, you can securely access the
website using https:// in the URL.

    Hi Scottww,

I guess, you are talking about SSL certificate, not ssi.

Yes, you can use comodo. We would also recommend you geotrust.

The procedure of installing SSL is given below. We install it for free, but please note that it will cost you $30 for the dedicated IP address that you will need to have in order to get SSL:

    not.):

For more information about SSL-vendors you can contact Namecheap.com.

We look forward to hearing from you.
