    Default WHB steal my customer

    Base on the above topic,

I am not going to blaim who ever in WHB, I am just disapointed to WHB, who have so many year web hosting experience still can make this kind of mistake.

    1) Due to RS11 server always overload, and the support suggest me to request move to another server. I did not give any green light to WHB, and directly move my account from RS11 to HR2.

2)I cannot access my own website and my client website here at the moment due to DNS propagate slow, so i was using proxy to access my website, so to my client website.

My website was no issue, but i found that all my client index page with this display

Now all my client know who is my service provider, and indirectly, WHB grab my customer...

WTF!!! with this kind of mistake who a web hosting provider claim them self start doing business since 2002?

We asked you to make a decision on a move or an upgrade and didn't hear back for hours. Meanwhile, RS11 continued to take a hammering because of a number of your accounts. What did you expect us to do?

It is not fair on the other RS11 users that they continued to experience sluggish performance as a result of your accounts.

    hi Matt,
To be honest, I am just a small web hosting company which did not make much profit to cover the upgrate fees yet.(i just have less then 10 customer)

On your end, since you guys are experience on web hosting, i respect your decision to move my accout, but why don't do it professionally?

The mistake your end make, that make me mad was the index.html which located to every account of my client? Tell the whole world my service provider are WHB.

My account are reseller account, not normal client account, I expect your end know how to handle it, by either help me delete the index.html file after migrate my account to HR2.

if i want to let my client know who is my service provider, must well i do not use private label???

Calvynlee, if you want to be your own host, then you can go the route of WHB themselves, and try to get some space in a server facility, install your own OS's, get your own licenses for cPanel etc.

Until then, you use a reseller hosting plan, and so long as you share a server with others, you must accept that you must respect them and their accounts. WHB has to deal with others, not just you. They do a very good job, all things considered. If you feel that your websites should not be consuming a lot of resources, then you should examine the causes of their high load and try to make adjustments. Until the, WHB may have to move your sites, and you will have to deal with it.

    I understand your meaning!

even I am just a small client to WHB, but I am still their client. What for PRIVATE LABEL? They should protect my benefit too right?

If I can get more client, I sure will upgrade my package, even to VPS.
This kind of MISTAKE WHB done, really let me disapointed.
