Default Yahoo.com stooping to this low level? Or not?

Usually when a webhost says, "Unlimited" you normally roll your eyes and say, "no thanks!" - because "unlimited" is usually a big fat lie.

I noticed that Yahoo.com (a reputable company...?) is using the terms "unlimited"- with prices in the mainstream silver/gold hosting plans.

What do you think? big fat lie or ... does it have some truth in it? does it have a chance against the other big hosts?

Ya, the details link makes interesting reading. But I wonder how many people that don't hang around host's forums would even understand a line like this gem:
The vast majority of our customers' sites grow at rates well within our rules, but our abuse controls may cause a brief delay while we evaluate if expansion is appropriate.
Read: "If the server ever gets loaded down, we'll drag our feet for a few months, then suspend *you*. To remove the suspension, we'll wait a few more weeks then sell you a higher plan.".
