I have been with WHB for 6 years and the tech support just seems to get worse each year. My latest headache is currently going on with clients on my reseller account not being able to send email. I sent in a support ticket and was told to monitor the boards for updates. The boards showed that the problem had been resolved even before the ticket was updated...but in fact I'm STILL getting client calls saying they can't send or receive mail. This is the middle of the work day and not only are my clients not able to use email, I can't get a response back from tech support in a timely manner. I swear that if you mark a ticket URGENT it gets put at the bottom of the list. It isn't a problem with the clients mail client as it's not even working on webmail.
Does anyone know a better way to get tech supports attention in a more timely manner than submitting a ticket and waiting 12 hours?
