Simple steps to build website for a beginner.

Can any one tell me some simple steps to build my website from development to publishing on the web without programming?

Without programming? Ah, that's an easy one. You will want to look at something called a CMS (Content Management System). WHB provides you with one-click installation for some CMS's, such as the popular Wordpress. There is a learning curve involved with whichever route you take. You can use fantastico (the one click installer from WHB), or read the "install" documentation for the CMS platform of your choice. Popular CMS systems include Wordpress, Joomla, and Drupal. I suggest reading up on each of these choices.

Good luck! All I can suggest is to READ THE FRIENDLY MANUAL for each of those choices. All of them provide verbose installation instructions. If you need any help after reading the installation docs, please come back and let us know!

You might want to use a web template. There are free templates and paid templates. A template includes layout, design, often graphics, etc. You just insert your text, logo, and any photo and graphics you want to add. It can be a relatively easy way to create a site.
