Sometimes that happens, I think due to a renewal not being applied before the current year expires. Rest assured that WHB does use properly licensed cPanel.

I think they are upgrading or something. The server is up and down like the proverbial yoyo... Can't even ftp into the machine now.

Yeah, Shared4 is giving us a tough time. We are liasing with onsite datacenter staff as we go through and check all the different options. Don't worry, we will get to the bottom of this.

Mmm, cPanel still says it needs to be activated. Could that be because the system clock is wrong? 2002/2003?
