    I've never received a reminder yet to say my account was due and I've had a couple of accounts. It would be nice to be reminded since I at least only ever use a prepaid 3V credit card online for security reasons since its only a temporary account created for the purpose which expires after a couple of months. Which means of course it has nothing to do with my main bank account so my money is safe and nobody can empty out my bank account if they get my card details all they will get is whatever amount is on the card. My point is that more and more people are starting to use prepaid credit cards online for the reason stated above so it would be a good idea for your accounts dept to take this into consideration in future and allow customers to update their card details in time.

    The billing system should let everyone know. Be sure to check junk email folders as well.

    Our new policy is to call as well as email to remind, but sometimes we're getting fax numbers, invalid phone numbers, etc...
