What do you use as Terms of Service for your Resellers customers?

WHB's terms of service are straightforward.
What I'm wondering about is what do other resellers do about the terms of service to their customers?
The very short version I tell my customers, is "Do something stupid or illegal and it will get you shut down and / or cost money."
My (few) customers don't do anything with their websites, they have me do everything but as I get started at this business I am wondering what other resellers do? Especially with customers who are keen to push buttons and flip switches on Cpanel.
Do you take the terms of service that WHB provides and just pass that along? Or do you insert your name in that document instead of WHB and pass that along or do you create something else. Or am I worrying about nothing?

This may not be the right forum to post the question but no where else appeared obvious and if the answer is there I couldn't find it. The answer wasn't even in the informative Web Hosting Pre Sales Questions wiki.

Hi Robert,

You may definitely use WebHostingBuzz Terms as the basis for your own legal document.
I would specifically advise to mention state law, which can protect from a variety of malicious activities.

And sure our Terms are applicable to all the clients' accounts under your Reseller.
