Default Temporary problems caused by DDOS (AtlantaNAP) - resolved

We need to inform you that we are experiencing the issues caused by DDOS attack on the following servers: rsp1, rssg1, rsl4, rs9, rs7 in one of our data centers. All clients hosted on the servers that located in AtlantaNAP data center may face connectivity issues due to the packets loss.

No ETA can be currently provided on the issue. Our technical staff is working on resolving the problem.

We will update this thread as soon as there is any information.

Your patience and understanding are highly appreciated.

As the servers monitoring has shown, the DDoS attack is over now.

The servers are stable and functioning properly at the moment.

We apologize for the inconvenience caused to you and your company, and thank you for your patience and understanding.

The affected servers seem to be running normally on the new ip addresses. We continue to monitor the situation with the DDoS attack and are still filtering large amounts of traffic to the old ip addresses.

We appreciate changing the main server ip is a fairly big change but we felt it necessary to do this in our ddos mitigation.

It seems that situation is stable currently. We are still monitoring work of all servers.

We will update the thread if we have new information.

We have noticed the tendency of traffic flow decrease. But at the moment we don't consider it secure to remove filters and start analyzing the situation.
So we still monitor it and will update you as soon as possible.

The attack is still lasting. The filter rules are kept enabled to avoid problems with stable server performance.
