Temporary network issues - FortressITX (resolved)

We need to inform you that we are experiencing some network issues in one of our datacenters. The servers hosted in Fortress may be unreachable from some locations.

No ETA can be currently provided on the issue. Our technical staff is working on resolving the problem.

We will update this thread as soon as there is any information.

Currently the issue is affecting the following list of the servers:

rs3.whbdns.com
rs4.whbdns.com
rs5.whbdns.com
intense1.intensewhb.com

We are working on the problem at the moment and will update the thread once we have any new information.

The issue was caused by the power surge in the APC. The problem has already been solved and the servers are booting up at the moment.

All the servers except for intense1.intensewhb.com are back online and running properly. We continue monitoring them.

The issue has been resolved. All the servers including intense1.intensewhb.com are working in a stable mode, therefore we are closing this thread.
