We need to inform you that we were experiencing network problems in one of our data centers. The servers hosted in Phoenix NAP were unreachable from some locations.

We continue monitoring the servers. We will update this thread as soon as there is any information.

The issue with the network was caused by the problem with one of our core routers. We are doing our best to solve this issue as soon as possible and minimize impact on our customers. Temporary unavailability of the servers from some locations may still be experienced.
