Scheduled network maintenance - Atlanta facility (completed)

We'd like to notify you of a scheduled network equipment maintenance, aimed at routing stability improvement. The maintenance incurs core router reboot (one of the 2 core routers), which should normally not, but may cause brief network connectivity loss in Atlanta facility.

The maintenance will start at 11:00PM Eastern time on Friday July 15, 2011. Maintenance window duration is 2 hours, anticipated core equipment downtime is 15 minutes.

Second core router should take over, and normally no service interruption should occur. However, unforeseen circumstances are still possible.

We'd like to notify you that we continue improving routing stability and now we need to reboot the second core router. Normally there should be no downtime and service interruption, as we have redundant 2-core setup and the second core router will take over during reboot. However, the procedure may cause brief network connectivity loss in Atlanta facility.

The maintenance will start at 11:00PM Eastern time on Thursday July 21, 2011. Maintenance window duration is 2 hours, anticipated core equipment downtime is 15 minutes.
