Default Emergency Maintenance Phoenix NAP (complete)

We need to inform you that we are experiencing network problems in one of our data centers. The servers hosted in Phoenix NAP are unreachable from some locations and some services are going on and off periodically. We are constantly checking servers status at the data center and will let you know about any updates.

Unfortunately no ETA can be provided at the moment. Please accept our sincere apologies for these inconveniences.

The issue has been solved and connections to the servers are in stable mode now . Currently we are waiting for the official reason for the emergency maintenance from data center.

Your patience and understanding are highly appreciated.

The reason of the network problems was one of the core routers in the data center, which started to overheat, and thus cause the slowdown. The core router has been replaced, and the network productivity has returned to to it's normal state. This issue is permanently solved, and so we are closing this thread.

Thank you for your understanding, it's highly appreciated.
