We have performed 3 steps that were neccessary for performing the server's IP renumbering. If you still get any problems with your sites' performance, please go to: whbsupport.com and submit a ticket to our technical dept, they are still working on fixing some minor issues that could occur after renumbering.

From all mentioned above you can see that new IP addresses assigned to the server have already started working. And it is highly requested to change the old IPs into the new ones. The notifications about those changes have been already sent to all of the customers whose accounts are located on the server rs12.whbdns.com to the contact email addresses that we have in our billing system.
We strongly recommend to get back to us in order to receive the IP details to those who have not done that before. Those who have already received that information please make sure all the required changes have been completed, because on November 30th all the old IP address will be disabled. In case there were no changes made all the sites pointed to the old IPs will become unavailable. Unfortunately more detailed information related to IP change can be provided via ticket system only because of the security reasons.
If you have all your sites pointed to the name servers ns100.whbdns.com and ns101.whbdns.com there is no need to change anything.

All the old IP addresses have been removed from the server and the NAT routing rules have been disabled. Therefore, those who experience some issues due to non-updated DNS servers, domains' A-records, software settings, etc are suggested to contact our Technical Support Department at our Helpdesk.
