Signup problems

I'm on step 2 of your signup process for the gold hosting service, and it is asking for the domain name. I assume it is requesting a domain name to register (as one of the free domain names offerred), but when I put in a domain name that I know is currently not registered, it asks me to confirm that I own the domain already and will change the name servers, rather than offering a new registration

Is there a problem with your registration page, or am I being gormless?

Also your sales@webhostingbuzz.com email address isn't working. Not a good sign.

I know some changes were made to the order system yesterday. I'm investigating.
