Current Ticket# - TICKET BF-988890

My Renewal is up on August 29th., I was told before hand I could keep the exact plan I have before which was called Reseller A and host unlimited sites for 120$ a yr. I am now told that I am forced to pick one of the new packages. However one of your staff told me that I could keep exactly what I have and not have to change my plan.

I have read your ticket. I am not sure why it needed a presales thread but as I told you in the ticket also, you should be able to renew the same plan and still get the unlimited domain hosting as was offered when you signed up for. Also you can request an upgrade to your space and bandwidth quota free of cost after the succesful renewal. Thanks.

thank you for your reply. Why does the sales rep tell me I am forced though? Ticket GBF-988890] They say tyhat its no longer avialbel and that I have to pick on of the only 4 avialble. I appreciate your help!

Billing for your reseller account has now been consolidated to our new billing system with a dedicated control panel. The reseller plans you are referring to are no more available and you must choose from the ones available on website for renewal purposes. The account has been placed on our smallest Reseller-A $100 to start off with in which case if you need to upgrade to any higher plan let me know.

I saw the ticket. The billing manager basically wants you to move to a new billing system. He wants you to pay $100 instead of $120 with the same features you had before (unlimited website hosting) and the upgraded space and bandwidth.
