Expired CC - renewal options

Hi. My card expired and I no longer have any details for it's number. In order to change over payments I need either the old card number or a ZIP code. A UK postcode is not accepted on the system.

Also email sent to sales team have bounced back on delivery failure this morning?

You should have no problems with a UK post code. Can you submit a billing ticket?

I assume a billing ticket is for renewal? I have order number only.
