prorate for upgrade?

Hello, I would like to purchase reseller plan A, but first I have some questions. In the event that reseller A is not a large enough plan for my needs, and I prepay for the entire year, then will you prorate and refund the remaining portion of my reseller A plan when I purchase a new, larger reseller plan like C or D?

Also, your TOS is a little ambiguous; how many free domain registrations would reseller A get per month? I will need to register 3-4 domains immediately (3 customers, and maybe one for myself) upon purchase of reseller A.

Yes we prorate on upgrades.

5 free domain registrations per month with reseller web hosting plans max and 1 new domain registration per month with the budget hosting plans.

New domain registrations are applicable on yearly payments only.
