i submitted a ticket yesterday regarding my billing information and the staff has not answered it yet. The ticket ID that i sent is QCL-141201

I just wanted to know where I can change my billing information such as address, credit card info, etc. My package that I bought a year ago is expiring on october 13th. I tried logging on at http://whbbilling.com/clogin.php but it says, it's down for maintenance.

that doesn't work. I even tried it to resend password but it says,

Error: No admin found for this e-mail address.

The link at my first post worked a year ago when I bought the package. But now, its under maintenance -__-
