    Question Account renewing

    Hi!

    On day 20 of this month, my account is going to expire. I want to renew it, paying for another year, but... I don't know how!

    I contacted the sales chat and they told me that I should have received an e-mail from 2CO, but I didn't received anything. Isn't there a way to do this manually? I don't want my account to be cancelled because of not paying it!

    If you have an up to date email on file our system should be able to send out notification emails to that.

    You can login into your billing control panel and pay the invoice. Typically the invoice is generated one day before renewal.

    You can get the exact dates by opening up a ticket at our help desk www.whbsupport.com under the billing department and they should be able to address your concern.

    My e-mail is up to date and working perfectly, I'm using a GMail account, and I have already checked the spam folder, just in case.

    I guess I'll have to wait to the day before renewal. Thanks for clarifying this!
