    If you have a reseller account, you use WHM to edit the DNS Zone. If you have just a regular shared hosting account, you open a support ticket.

    I wonder why you guy don't allow reseller to handle their own DNS operation.
    I have issued a Ticket : HII-347928 for this purpose.
