    Default Emails per hour.

I run a small email list autoresponder and am wondering if there is a limit to the number of emails allowed to send per hour.

    Thanks.

Is a reseller account considered a shared account for web sites I would set up?

    Thanks.

    OK. Thanks.

On another note, I signed up for the Sitepoint Techy plan last night using a domain name that WAS available at that time. I was under the impression that the domain was registered as I signed up. Apparently not. After I got the new sign up letter from you, and reading and pondering what it said, I figured I better send in to the domain register help and see if my domain was actually registered. Well it turns out it wasn't, and between then and this morning, somebody else has registered that domain name. So now I'm kinda P.O.'d

I had to hunt up a new domain name and send that one in. I requested my new account domain be changed to the new domain name, and at no charge to myself.

I think you should make it clear on your order page that the free domain name the customer is registering a new account for is not automatically created at the sign up time. If I had know that, I would have registered it with my own domain registrar and had the name I wanted.

Domains are not instantly registered because every order has to go through a fraud check process which can take up to 6 to 12 hours. We do however try our level best to register them as quickly as possible as soon as the clearance is received.

In a short future domains would actually be registered as soon as the order comes through because we will develop a system where fraud orders have their domain canceled afterwards.

I am sorry for any inconvenience this might have caused you.

Thanks Saf. Everything has been taken care of. My new domain name has been changed on the cpanel, so everything matches now.
