Question Presales help and Hosting info

So I tried to contact the 24 hr chat to get these answered but that didn't really work, here is the text from the conversation, maybe someone here can help me:

    Jason Minnich: hi
Vita G.: Hello! Welcome to Webhostingbuzz customers support, how can I assist you?
    Vita G.: hi
Jason Minnich: i'm interested in starting making a website and when i looked around you guys were the best people i've found
Jason Minnich: the only problem is i'm not sure really how the process is or anything like that
Jason Minnich: like i've done basic html, php and mysql in dreamweaver for classes, but it sounds like for you and most web hosting everything is done online or something...
Jason Minnich: i've also looked at the tutorial on cpanel 11 and i kinda understand it, but then i saw all the neat scripts on the bottom of the order page and i wasn't sure if that was through Cpanel or what for that matter
    Jason Minnich: hello?
Vita G.: please specify your issue
Jason Minnich: well i guess based off of all the above, just getting started and how to do it through you guys maybe?
Vita G.: We provide you with a free online website builder tool called the RvsiteBuilder, please have a look at http://www.rvsitebuilder.com/
Jason Minnich: the getting started guide mentioned to read up on Cpanel, how exactly does that integrate?
Vita G.: Please, be so kind to go to https://www.whbsupport.com/ and submit a ticket to our technical support department describing all your issues in detail.
    Jason Minnich: ummm ok...
Basically, I Understand how to make web pages via just straight coding (cruel classes), but if there is an easier way that would be cool too. I wanted to make a website for my Air Force Pilot Training class to keep family and loved ones up to date with things but I really just don't understand the "ground up" process.

    Long question short:
I want to make a website, I want someone to host it, I don't have a Domain (I get one for hosting with you for free right?) I don't have a webpage built.

Do I need to get a domain elsewhere? Should I start coding? How do the script plugins work? Any other help you can give to someone new to this entire process?

Assume that the answers will probably push me to hosting with you, but if thats not presales related, sorry please feel free to move this post to where it should be.

    Hi

Thanks for your interest in our services. We appreciate it.

The process is pretty simple actually.

    1. Sign up for an account using the online order buttons.

    2. You can choose your domain name (which comes free) during check out.

    3. We register the domain and send you the hosting login details.

    4. You can then login into the cpanel and use the RvSiteBuilder software to create your website directly online. All you need to do is to dump the text and images into the premade templates and it creates a wonderful looking website for you.

    5. If you want something unique you would need to brush up on your web design skills which means you would need to learn say how to use Dreamweaver or similar website making programs including graphics OR you could simply pay a local designer to do it for you.

As far as WebHostingBuzz is concerned we make sure you get your domain (www.yourwebsitename.com) and web hosting (web space on the internet) taken care of though we are considering to offer custom web design services.

Thanks a ton that really helped a lot! As soon as the new CC shows up I'm definently registering. I know that I can do a bit of custom coding but probably nothing the tools already account for, Thanks Saf and I look forward to becoming a new customer!
