You can upgrade to business hosting at any time, and we'll prorate the difference based on how long you've had the shared hosting account. The process is as simple as contacting sales or billing on whbsupport.com, and opening a ticket. We'll generate an invoice for you, and all you need to do is clear the invoice. We'll move the account to a business hosting server for you at your convenience.
Apropos IPB... I'm honestly not sure, I've never used it. You can call them at 1-800-901-5491, I'd start there with any sales related questions about their software.
