HI,

I am thinking to purchase this hosting, and I have several doubts.

I´m currently hosting in an Spanish Hosting company www.hostalia.com , But I want to change.
I have several websites all under the same domain www.arcocomunicaciones.com
www.arcocomunicaciones.com/fdle
www.arcocomunicaciones.com/edgarworlds
www.arcocomunicaciones.com/edgarsanchez
www.arcocomunicaciones.com/santurtzi

I would like to host them everyone with one of the 5 domains that comes with the plan.

All websites are html but /edgarwolds that is a Wordpress blog that has several optimizations, template, pluggins, etc and uses a mysql data base, I dont know how could I move this to your servers

Other thing is that I´m still paying the arcocomunicaciones.com domain ( also with hostalia.com ) and I don´t know what is the process to follow to register that same domain with you.

i also don´t understand pretty well how the dns.whatever.com thing works

If you could give me some advice before buying would be great,

It's very easy with us. You just make full cpanel backup of your files and upload to our server then we can restore it for you! As for the NS you easily point your domain/s to our servers by setting our NS values at your registrar's. Please feel free to request any kind of unfamiliar information concerning webhostingbuzz.com company services.

If your current host is a cPanel host (you did not specify this detail) then you can make a backup and upload it here as danil suggested. If it is not a cPanel host, then of course you can still move the site here but it will require more manual organizing and FTPing from you.

As for your existing domain name, you continue to pay to your current registrar. WHB is not a domain registrar, so you won't transfer the registration. You just change the list of nameservers for that domain to use the new WHB nameservers or personal nameservers which you can enable on a Reseller plan. If you plan to have more than a couple of domains and cPanel accounts, I recommend that you create personal nameservers.

The thing is that I do have a cpanel host but i´ve been looking around and I think the backup option is not actived, at least i cannot find it.

other thing is that i know you dont register domain names, but as long as you offer 5 free domains with this plan It would be great if one of those is my arcocomunicaciones.com that I would transfer from my current registar that way i wouldn´t have to pay for an extra domain when i have 5 you offer 4 free. Is that possible?

It's normally part of each cPanel theme. If you can't find it, perhaps you should ask your current host.

As far as I know, that is not possible. You would have to ask WHB staff to know for sure.
