How to register domain on reseller plan?

I want to start reseller hosting business with WHB, but on your shared hosting plan you just offer free domain with hosting plan. No domain registration service. So I want to know, can I offer domain registration to my client through WHB with reseller plan? Or I must using domain reseller provider not WHB?

I know reseller plan come with free domain. But how to sell this free domains if I haven't get my client. I think if I sell hosting plan without domain registration that is bad offer because my client must register their domain name first before come to my hosting.

Can WHB help me with this?

No, not really. WHB is a web host, not a domain registrar. You can create client hosting accounts that you can sell, but you'll have to get a domain registration reseller plan somewhere else, such as eNom. Once you register a domain, just set its nameservers to use the ones WHB assigns you. If you have a WHB reseller account, you should create and use personal nameservers which is a better solution.
