Q: Will I own the free domain name?

OWN IT? When you issue a free domain name, can it be taken w/no strings attached?. I know it may not remain free if this happed...... Will I have 100% ownership of the name.

Dear bowerybz,

As far as we are not a registrar company, you can't just take your domain with you after leaving us (or just transfer it out to another registrar having remained with us), you need to 'push' it first.

The 'push' procedure is as follows:

- you need to order an account with NameCheap.com for free,
- then provide us with NameCheap account name for us to know where to 'push' your domain to.

Please be advised, that according to our TOS, you`ll be charged $15 for it.

After that you`ll become 100% owner of your domain.
