Tranfer of domain name

I currently have a domain name that is already registered elsewhere.

How do I transfer the domain name? I looked through this forum and there seem to be some issues with this. However I noticed that they are old posts. Have these issues been fixed?

There are no issues, just users who don't properly perform the required steps. At your domain registrar, change the list of nameservers for the domain to use the new nameservers that WHB assigned to you.
