    Arrow Magento Ecommerce shopping cart

Hi, Currently I am setting up Zen Cart on my site with you, but I am thinking about switching to Magento. I was wondering if you might start running scripts to install it so I don't have to go through the headache of uploading all the files and doing the install myself?

I also think in the next few months I'm going to upgrade and get some more space and traffic.

Has WHB sorted out the Magento hosting issues? Your reseller package looks good to me but my concerns are about usability with a wide range of PHP sites including Joomla (which I know you support) and Magento.

My current host is strugging with assistance and without using recursive 777 permissions for all files and folders for the install via script, I am SOL.

    Kind Regards, Dan

What host are you current with?

    Hi Jennifer,

Currently I'm using ServeLink and they are fairly new to Linux hosting. I have worked a lot with them on .asp ecommerce sites and when it comes to that they have been stellar.

We have many customers using Magento. In a high product/traffic environment, we do recommend a VPS (magento is resource intensive) but it will work on our shared environments too.
