Switching Plans

How would I go about switching the type of reseller plan I have? I am already hosted with WHB (as a reseller) but it is a much older plan. I like some of the aspects of the newer plans compared to my older one and would like to know what it would entail for me to switch to that newer plan from an overall account and financial aspect. I understand backing up the existing domains I have and such.

Sorry if this has been answered before but I did not find it when searching.

Hi,

Just send in a ticket to our billing department. Billing will advise you of any payment changes and once payment has been handled, your ticket will get passed to our techs who will migrate your account for you.
