    Default New Plans?

I just noticed when I was trying to check how much bandwidth I'm allocated per month that WHB has new hosting plans. Do we, as existing customers get the new plans as well? Or do we follow the old plans? If so, could I please know what the bandwidth per month is? Thanks.

Send a ticket to billing or tecnical support department and they will answer you if you can get the new features (and change them for you) .

    Hi,

If you are paying yearly you are eligible for the new plans when your package renews. As tiolalu points out, this is a manual process... our billing software isn't as clever as us So after your renewal, send in a ticket and we'll give you the new allocations.

How do we know if it is renewed?

You're emailed reminders 14 days, 7 days and 24 hours before. If you need to check on this, submit a billing ticket.

I have a question concerning this also. I ordered my hosting package I believe in October of 2006. I'm not going to be around for my reminders though because on September 11th of 2007 I'm going to be leaving for basic training for the Air Force and it will be atleast 6 1/2 weeks before I'll be able to touch a computer, and after the 6 1/2 weeks I'll be in AIT school and I'm not sure how often I'll be able to use a computer for my own use. Another question I had was extending my hosting for another 2-4 years before I leave in september, because I'm going to be leaving my site to be taken care of by a close friend of mine who actually is a co-coder of my site.

    Hi,

We can definitely come to some arrangement to help you out. If you submit a billing ticket, we can look at creating a custom term for you to allow you to keep the site up and running.
