1) there is a limit for R Lite (200 cpanel accounts) and R Silver (500 cpanel accounts)
as for R Golden and Platinum, the number of cpanel account is unlimited

2) we provide free WHMAP license, you need to submit a ticket to the billing dept in order to get one. after that you need to visit www.whmautopilot.com and download WHMAP using license key provided by us

We provide unmanaged Windows dedicated servers. Though I think it's not a solution for the students. Currently we run Windows Beta Hosting program and provide free test accounts on Windows-based server. You can submit your request for account setup in a ticket to the technical dept at our helpdesk (whbsupport.com).
