New server on contract/term renewal?

Hey there, this is my first post on this forum, i've never had a problem so i've never really had to use the forum. But now that my renewal date is coming up on the 15th of may, i was wondering if it were possible to change my server location? I had onced inquired about changing the time on the the server to be EST and was told that it was not possible due to the location of the server. Is there anything that can be done about this?

All WHB shared servers are set to GMT/UTC. This is for consistency, and to give a predictable fixed reference for WHB clients who are all over the world. If you install scripts or applications, you can usually set an offset so that you can see time in EST if you choose.

VPS accounts can be changed to any time zone.
