Constructive criticism
I once worked in the restaurant business and restaurateurs falsely assume that if they hear few complaints, their food and service must be fine. Not so, since most customers who are not satisfied will simply go to another restaurant without complaining. Well, here I am giving you a chance to make some needed corrections to your purchase transaction process.
1. You mark some information as "required" but some other spaces are actually required and they are not marked. For example, the default choice for "State" is "State Not Required". Next to the space for zip code, it says "Optional". Before the transaction can be completed, both state and zip code will be required.
2. There are two different spaces for email address and password on the same form page. If you want to send that to two different destinations, you should write a script that will do it and not ask the customer to enter the data twice.
3. When the final payment option shows, it has a button "Save and Checkout". It also has, in large letters right next to that, "Checkout BillMeLater". That's a poor choice of words as it really has a different meaning. If I assume the meaning might be the same, I am choosing to use BillMeLater for checkout.
4. During the purchase transaction, I am asked to enter email address and password which should be the email address and password you have on file. If the login fails, you offer no option to resend the password to me.
5. For the 3 or 4 digit code on the back of credit card (my card has BOTH a 3 digit code and a 4 digit code!), you have a link "What's This?" but it is only an anchor link to the same page so it doesn't go anywhere.
If you only want to defend your process and not fix anything, I am talking to a fence post.

Hi,
Thanks for your input. We appreciate all sorts of feed back positive or negative. We are all humans so we are not perfect.
I will be discussing this with the management and making appropriate changes.
