Question about plans

Hi everyone,

I'm really interested in buying a WHB hosting plan, but I want to test it one month before ordering the whole year or 2 years, so I have to choose the July special plan. My question is: as the july special is more expensive than the previous plan (9,95$ instead of 7$), would I be able to change to the platinum plan when july ends without loosing everything?

I want to order it today, but I need to know this before, because I prefer to pay the platinum fee instead of the special for a year

Yep it is a bit more expensive but then you get a greater value in terms of features.

I wanted to test the july special plan because is the only one that can be paid monthly, but when the july special offer ends I want to order a platinum plan. The problem is that I don't know if I will have to start the web from the beginning or I can just "downgrade" to the platinum plan without loosing the stored data in your servers

Hi,

I would not recommend downgrading. This July special you can use as a separate account. This way you can spread your accounts over multiple systems.
