A few questions about hosting & free for life domains.

I am quite interested in purchasing the Resellers Plans and have a few questions prior to making my final decision. So here I go....

1. Does the Free for Life Domains apply to both new registrations and transfers?
2. Who is your sponsoring registrar? In other words, you are the reseller for which organization? Tucows?
3. Do you have a demo of the domain management tool?
4. Are there any fees associated with a primary domain name change?
5. Are new accounts created on PHP 5 servers? If not, can I be moved to a supporting server? Any fees?

Thanks for your interest with WHB.

1. Free domains for life are for new registrations only.
2. We're a "reseller" for Namecheap. Reseller is probably the wrong word though, because we have a very close relationship with them. Saf and myself met the Namecheap CEO again this weekend just gone by, which none of their other resellers have.
3. We don't have a domain management tool yet. We have to make all the changes ourselves. The meeting I mentioned above was discussing how we can integrate a domain management tool with our own systems.
4. There is a $10 charge to change the primary domain further into your term.
5. We run php4 and php5 on all servers, so you can use either.

I've sent email to you also regarding this issue, SSL.
You provide email with SSL and also Cpanel/whm, that's great job, but please to review your ie. rs2.whbdns.com which mentioning your name when checked with whois. Why this is important for me?

I am your Reseller and have to replace any of your name with mine, that's right? When user browsing to http://theirdomain:2085 or 2086 they go their webmail, but if they browse to http://theirdomain/webmail --> they go to ie. https://rs2.whbdns.com:2086 --> this is your name

Could you change your server name to keep your anonimity from our customer .

I'm really Glad to hear that, i know everybody have do a great job to support all of us, Great SUPPORT from WebhostingBuzz.

There is no problems for another SSL connections (except cpanel and webmail) that will be go to backend host due to they had also dedicated IP and also commonly they are corporate account which need more support from local reseller like me.
