    Hi,

Open a ticket with sales and I can check on this for you.

It shouldn't take long - remember, domains only come with silver and up, so if you purchased a bronze you would need to upgrade.

You don't even need to use the "ftp." sub-domain. You can ftp directly to lmaster.com.

Chances are, the domain hasn't propagated yet.

It could take up to 48 hours to do so.

Prior to propagation, you can connect to your account (http, ftp, etc.) via IP address and account name:

    http://serverIP/~accountname/

I have wondered the same thing. I have had my domain registered for two days, and it still hasn't been propogated yet. I'm aware I can directly access my site from http://serverIP/~accountname/ but even then the pages don't load correctly, as they often refer back to the unresolvable "winnadeau.com". Of course, everything kind of went haywire after I had to have my account re-activated since it was flagged as a fraud at first. (No biggie, I just didn't know I was supposed to hang out at my phone for a call from the 2co guys. Got it all worked out though.)
I'm just wondering if something may not have been restarted right, since my domain had already been propagated through the web. (would this re-initiation thing slow down the process the second time?)
    Thanks.

If the domain points to the same IP as when you registered the first time, then the reactivation would not have harmed the DNS propagation. If it is a new IP, then yes there will be a delay.

yeah, it was the same IP, but still no dice. =/ I have a feeling this shouldn't take this long.

Use one of the on-line DNS tests to see if there are any errors, or post your domain name here for someone else to check.

    DNS Results:
    Host winnadeau.com not found: 3(NXDOMAIN)

That's what the tool from the cPanel gave me, as well as others. Has it been taken off the proverbial list?

WinNadeau, submit an urgent ticket and ask support to look at the domain name.

Just on a general note, we're working on a new signup system (and have been for several months) that will replace what we currently have. The domain registration element of this will be far more intuitive and the billing software behind this (Modernbill) is leads and bounds ahead of what we're currently using.
